Order directly with KOUZIO. Each order starts with a conversation, and we confirm the product details, quotation and payment arrangements with you before you pay.
01 · Before ordering
Choose a style.
Share your requirements.
Send product codes or reference images, quantities per style and color, your delivery country and any branding requirements. We will discuss product suitability, customization and availability before preparing a quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the style, fabric, color and customization. We support small-batch customization; the minimum for your specific design will be confirmed in the quotation.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Ask about a reference sample or a customized sample. Sample costs, shipping charges, preparation time and any adjustments are agreed before proceeding.
How is an order confirmed?
We agree on specifications, quantities, price, shipping arrangements and payment terms. These are recorded in a pro forma invoice (PI) and the agreed order terms. Please check the details before making payment.
02 · After confirmation
Payment options.
We can arrange payment through the following channels after confirming your order. Available currencies, payment instructions, any applicable fees and payment milestones are agreed for each order.
LianLian Global
For agreed B2B orders, we can provide receiving-account instructions through LianLian Global. Use the beneficiary details, currency and payment reference confirmed for your order.
WorldFirst
For agreed B2B orders, we can provide receiving-account instructions or an available WorldFirst payment request. The supported method and currency are confirmed with your quotation or PI.
Before you pay
Confirm your PI and the payment details with our team. If you receive a change to beneficiary details, verify it through our established contact channel before transferring funds.
Submitting a website enquiry does not place a paid order. Payment is arranged after quotation and confirmation.
03 · Production & delivery
Shipping planned
around your order.
Shipping methods, freight charges, delivery terms, destination charges and any customs responsibilities are agreed in the quotation. Send your country, postal code and any preferred freight-forwarder details so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Production and transit times vary with specifications, quantity, sample approval and shipping method. We confirm the schedule for each order; product listings do not promise immediate stock or a fixed dispatch time.
04 · After delivery
Keep the conversation going.
If there is a product or delivery issue, contact us with your order reference, photographs and a description so we can review it with you. Inspection, claims, returns and refund arrangements are governed by the terms agreed for your order.
