Enquiry privacy notice.

When you send an enquiry to Jinhua Youqi Trading Co., Ltd. through this website, we collect the contact and business details you provide, such as your name, email, company, country, product selection, estimated quantity and message.

How we use the information

We use it to respond to your enquiry, discuss products and quotations, and keep a record of our business correspondence. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Form processing

Website enquiry records are stored using our hosting provider’s database. FormSubmit processes form details to send an email notification to our business inbox. The form requires your acknowledgement before submitting those details. You can also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.

We use a short-lived browser session value to help prevent duplicate enquiries. For abuse prevention, the server may store a daily hashed network identifier alongside submission timestamps; it does not store your raw IP address in the enquiry record.

External services

WhatsApp, FormSubmit and payment services operate under their own privacy terms. Payment account details and card information are not requested in this website’s enquiry form.
